How does Social Media Management work?

In our digital age, we all know social media is a must when it comes to marketing your business. Let’s say you’re a business owner who has tried to post consistently, create graphics, write captions, utilize relevant hashtags, and answer questions or comments, etc. However, it just takes way too much time! You’d rather focus on running your business to its fullest potential. 

 

Then, you find me and hire me to do all the above. I curate unique graphics, write informational captions, research relevant hashtags, reply to all questions and comments, and post consistently.

Currently, I am managing only Instagram platforms for any local business in any industry.

Yes! I am posting on your social media profile, under your handle, engaging as YOU & YOUR BUSINESS.

How often will you post on social media?

There are different packages available, each with a different minimum posting schedule. Visit the services page to view a detailed description. This is primarily because some businesses simply need their profiles to look active while others want to strategically increase their following and engagement. The level of posting varies for each objective.

If people ask questions or comment, do you answer them?

Absolutely! Customer service on social media is crucial. We can’t leave your adoring fans hanging!

I respond to all questions and comments. Whether it be liking a comment, or thanking someone for sharing, it is all a part of customer service via social media. Engagement with all types of users is great for your Instagram algorithm, which prioritizes the best posts and pushes the most relevant ones toward the top thus giving them the most visibility.

With the Pro and Premier package, I spend from 2 - 4 hours a month engaging with your current followers on their posts as well as other users who could potentially turn into followers!
